1. Overview
This Refund Policy applies to paid subscriptions for Portfolio Builder Pro on portfolio.teerop.com. It explains how refunds and cancellations work for the Pro plan. This policy meets or exceeds Paddle’s minimum 14-day refund requirement under Paddle Buyer Terms.
2. Portfolio Builder Pro
Pro is billed at $3 USD per month, or $2 USD per month for accounts registered with a valid .edu.pk email address. Pro includes custom domain support and custom CSS editing.
- The guarantee applies to your first Pro payment only, within 16 days of purchase.
- Monthly renewal charges are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
- After a refund or cancellation, Pro features (custom domain and custom CSS) are deactivated at the end of the current billing period.
- Student pricing ($2/month) applies while your account uses a verified .edu.pk email.
3. Free Plan
The Free plan costs nothing. No payment is collected and no refunds apply. Free accounts include standard themes and a public share link but not custom domain or custom CSS.
4. How to Request a Refund
Email teeropofficial@gmail.com with:
- Your Portfolio Builder account email
- Plan type (Pro standard or Pro student)
- Payment or transaction date
- Reason for your request
We aim to respond within 5–7 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel Pro at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep Pro access until then. We do not issue partial refunds for unused days in a billing cycle.
6. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Accounts terminated for violating our Terms & Conditions
- Requests made after the 16-day first-payment window
- Free plan usage
- Renewal payments outside statutory refund requirements
